Australia Council Amendment (Creative Australia) Bill 2023
Gives effect to certain elements of the Government's National Cultural Policy by amending the: Australia Council Act 2013 to: enable the transfer of the functions of Creative Partnerships Australia Ltd to the Australia Council and provide that it may operate as either the Australia Council or Creative Australia; and clarify the constitutional basis for the Act; and Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 to remove Creative Partnerships as a deductible gift recipient.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6980
